Serving God by Serving Others…

God has designed each of us with certain and specific gifts, talents, and abilities—not just to use for our own benefit, but to use to serve and bless others. We have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in our church, and also to go out into our community and world to be the hands and feet of Jesus. God did not call only a few to serve, but it is his heart that everyone as part of his body would participate in helping wherever the need may be—just as Jesus would have done. He had a passion for others and he has given each of us passions and abilities so that we too can become involved.

Cary Church of God is able to function because of all those who give of their time and energy in volunteering. Many of the ministries we have would not be able to exist without help. We encourage you to prayerfully consider serving in a ministry area. Not only will you be a blessing to others, but God will be able to bless you as you work for him. If you have an idea for a new ministry that you do not see on our site, please let us know.
